PLEASE don't get this video! I really feel that it did nothing for me. It is just silly dancing there was no work out, i didn't even get sweaty. If you want to learn to be a "dancer" go and get this video! but as for stripping your way to fitness... i think not.
Tammilee webb dose four ten minute workouts desighed to work you hard in 10 minutes!! She goes over arms & sholders, abs and a total body work out. I work out to this video four to six times a week. It has become my faviorte thing to do! All you need is a set of dumbbells and your good to go.
